Our Goal
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wanderlust Wall Decor purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns (please check the product page for specifics).
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] to initiate a return request. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to package your item(s).
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and affix the provided return label. Ship the package back to us.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
